The demand for innovative learning methods is dictated not only by the speed of changes and updates knowledge system, but also enormous growth data. need to navigate vast dynamically changing field information requires more sophisticated skills working with it. Reading still one main ways gaining knowledge. Improving reading skill allows work text faster efficiently, qualitatively change intellectual abilities a person means reading. This study presents theoretical overview modern scientific understanding reading, examines psychological aspects (cognitive, motivational-meaning-building) that have an impact on effectiveness process. Our aim develop appropriate training program, which will take into account capabilities limitations visual cognitive systems, motivational-meaning-building component, largely determines student’s involvement in lesson level results achieved. implementation this program educational process allow optimize time effort necessary acquire certain amount knowledge, as well increase motivation personal interest individual education self-education.
